Summary: If you find yourself trying to make a difficult decision, sit down, alone, and think. Listen to what your sould is trying to tell you and do it!

Author's statement:
In our busy world, we don't take time to listen to the most
important person in the world: ourselves. I see people walking
around and living in oblivion everyday. Do they know the power
they behold? If they would sit still and listen to themselves
they may just be able to understand themselves better. This
opens the door to true happiness. What is it that they need
to be doing differently to acheive their greatest potential?
Anyone from any walk of life or circumstance can offer advice,
but let's face it: no one else is in your shoes but YOU! Who
better to listen to then? It feels great to be in touch with
your inner self. Calm. Breathe. Listen. Be aware. Step back.
Do it! Everyday...allday...listen to yourself.
