Summary: It is frustrating to leave a message on an answering service or to email someone without them getting back to you. It is important to return contact as soon as is convinient, so a person knows that the message was received.

0 points - I rarely return contact, it is just to much trouble.	5 points - Most of those who contact me are not welcome to, but I keep giving out my number anyway. It is a screening process.	25 points - I am admittedly not very good at returning contact.
50 points - I often return calls or emails, but a large percent of those not returned are from people that I don't want to speak with.	75 points - I usually return calls and emails, but some people over do it and it is best not to encourage them.	100 points - I always return every call and email.
