Not only does dry cleaning pollute the water and air, but the people who work at a dry cleaners are exposed to dangerous, toxic chemicals that can interfere with reproduction and other health matters. Moreover, the residue from dry cleaning exposes the wearer of dry cleaned clothes to toxic residues. Also, tons of plastic is used in this business as a cover to the dry cleaned clothes, most of which ends up in landfills.
