This guideline is simply about not stealing.  This 
specific case is a good one because it is so easy
to get away with stealing satellite signals.  So, it
it is a purely moral decision.  It it ok to steal?

In most cases the answer to this is no.  It might 
seem different in this case because it is a company
and not an individual.  The truth of the matter is that
the company is owned by human beings and individuals
work there.  When you rob this company of business,
you hurt everyone that works there and all of the 
stock holders.  

While it might seem really tempting and easy,  you are
a better human if you do not steal those satellite signals.
