The world is overheating.  The ozone layer is 
disappearing.  The air is polluted with 
smog.  Believe it or not, the number one cause
of these problems is regular people driving 
gasoline powered automobiles.  

Driving an electric vehicle reduces smog and noise
pollution.  While fossil fuels might still be used
in producing the electricity, the centralization
of this production allows more expensive equipment
to be used to clean the emissions.  It also allows
for other types of fuel such as wind and solar power
to be used for powering your vehicle.


Electric cars are just now beginning to be economically
feasible for the mass consumer.  Most of the major
car manufacturers will be releasing some electric 
vehicles within the next few years.  The knock against
electric cars has been the lack of distance per
charge.  In truth, most families have more than one
car and lots of driving is within 30 miles of one's
home.  

An electric vehicle makes perfect goodhuman sense
as a second car.
