Summary: Living in or close to town saves gas money and is much less polluting than living in remote regions. Life is a bit easier over-all when one lives near stores and gas stations, its much better for the environment, your fuel budget, and your social life.

0 points - I live more than 5 miles from town and I must make the trip at least once a day.	5 points - I live more than 5 miles from town, but I only make a few trips per week.	30 points - I live within 5 miles of town.
