Summary: Being kind makes everyone involved feel good.

Author's statement:
It takes less energy to be kind than to be mean
or indifferent to another person. When we are 
kind to eachother we are being kind to ourselves. 
Being kind fills our minds with good thoughts and 
influences our deeds in a positive manner. 
A kind word or action can make the difference 
between a "good day" and a "bad day" to another human. 
Somtimes when we are experiencing negative feelins, 
and kind gesture from a stranger or friend can 
dissolve all negativity and replace that energy 
with positive feelings about oneself and the world.
