0 points - I intentionally SPAM individuals and/or businesses excessively, knowing that it will be unwelcomed contact. 5 points - I admit to forwarding things to friends before checking them out fully. 10 points - I email at will, whether I have anything to say or not.
25 points - I get my share of SPAM and I send a bit too but I'm not excessive. 50 points - I don't make too much unnecessary contact with individuals and businesses via email, but the impersonal nature of email is conducive to communicating this way. 75 points - I try not to send unnecessary emails to individuals or make unneeded electronic requests from businesses, but sometimes I do.
100 points - I only send relevant and meaningful communications to individuals and companies.

Summary: SPAM is electronic junk mail or any unsolicited and irrelevant email communication. This creates an unbelievable amount of unnecessary web traffic that slows real communication and wastes our time as we must continually work to rid ourselves of it.
