Summary: Circuses, rodeos, horse and dog races, zoos, bullfights and marine parks are just a few examples of events in which animals are exploited for human entertainment. Would you want to live in a cage and perform for people every day of the year?

Author's statement:
Animals should never be made to suffer for our entertain-
ment. Their pain and humiliation are obvious and are as
real as your own. What animals want the most is not to
learn a new trick or be rewarded with applause.
A good human is more entertained by a good book
or movie than the forced antics of an imprisoned animal.
