Summary: Some are truely down on their luck or are having difficulty getting back on track, others are drunks, addicts or petty scam artists but no one should have to go hungry. Giving spare change can help them get food or whatever else they deem necessary.

0 points - I don't give money to panhandlers.	5 points - I don't give spare change to panhandlers unless they beg really well.	10 points - I give spare change to panhandlers to get them away from me.
30 points - I don't give spare change to panhandlers unless I feel compassionate towards the individual.	40 points - I give spare change to panhandlers if they are female.	50 points - I give spare change to panhandlers if they don't appear to be a drunk or a drug addict.
