Many people don't know their neighbors.
Sometimes this is a result of busy schedules
or indifference. However, in times of crisis
we all depend on eachother. Being on
friendly terms with your neighbors can make
offering and asking for help easier. Saying
"hello" can foster a beneficial relationship
for both parties and is could even brighten a
person's day.
