Summary: When we grow our own food, we eat more healthful, get more exercise and begin to look and feel more vibrant and attractive as we get in touch with the earth.

Author's statement:
It is alot of work to produce food from seeds. With our
back to the sun, we turn the soil fertile, and grow our own
food.
When one endeavors to lay shovel to earth, one begins a
ritual process of change and growth. We are at it everyday,
watering, weeding, and watching it all grow. We meditate
on it. It is a repitition of action and thought. It is
goodness.
Then we eat and we thrive. Watering, weeding, watching
and eating. We are also saving money and getting
exercise as we become even more independent of mass
consumerism. Good people garden.
