I am a published author, presently compiling a book of renter's horror
stories. I am looking for funny stories of rental hell. As long as they are funny,
clever and well-written, these stoies can be about:

-crazy neighbors
-leaky pipes
-annoying roommates
-noise complaints
-negligent landlords
-rodent problems
-apartment rentals
-house rentals
-long-term/short-term leases
-suburban rentals
-city rentals
-Any kind of rental sob story will do, as long as it can make people laugh.

The stories can run anywhere from 300 to 2000 words.
No poetry will be considered.
Compensation will be in the form of publication.
