I'm a human-rights supporting, vegan, environmentalist looking for clothing to wear that reflects my views on the world. I've found a lot of apparel here at goodhumans that is organic and recycled and all that jazz, but i wonder: Where do these shirts and socks come from? are the made by underpaid workers in Indonesian sweatshops? Sure, they are good for the health of the Earth, but what about our fellow homo sapiens? If anyone can direct me to certified organic clothing that is made without abusing humans or animals or soil, please let me know. Respond here, or better yet, e-mail me at melyaisme@bolt.com. I hope y'all who consider yourselves environmentalist consider veganism, too. I'd be more than happy to direct you to good websites/books that make the connections between meat/dairy industries and our environment.

smash racism,
