I'm an expatriate author living in Japan. In 1970 I was a conscientious objector to the Vietnam War from within the military. I refused my order to Nam, was court-martialed, and spent time in a military brig. Now, 30 years later, I'm happy to announce that my novel "Looking for the Summer," about a CO's adventures and search for identity on the road from Paris to Calcutta in 1977, has been published by Jacobyte Books (in Australia). The book is available in these formats: PDF, CD, floppy diskette, and POD (print-on-demand). You can get more information by visiting Jacobyte's site at http://www.jacobytebooks.com.
My second novel "Toraware" is a psychological drama about the obsessive relationship of three misfits from different cultural backgrounds in 1980s Japan. It's published by Dead End Street Publications, and is available at http://www.deadendstreet.com/n1.html.
Thanks for letting me share this. Peace to all.
