BIOGRAPHY

As well as being an exceptional actress, Nicole Kidman is both beautiful and intelligent. Since her divorce from actor husband, Tom Cruise, the willowy redhead beauty has seen her career sky rocket.

Kidman was still a baby when her family moved from Honolulu to Australia. Her childhood love was ballet, and by the age of 8 she began experimenting with mime and acting.

The theatre became something of a refuge for the gangly Kidman, as her fair skin burnt fast in the Australian sun. While her friends swam and met boys, she hid from the rays in dark rehearsal halls and practiced her craft.
