Stephen C. Grey & Associates, LLC.

Re: Highland Square Apartments, 309 NW Richmond Beach Road, Shoreline, Washington 98177

This apartment building has paper thin walls, and management does little to insure that noise is kept to a minimum.

You can hear children running in the apartments, and neighbors do nothing to keep their children quiet, and again, management won't help out in this area.

You can find cigarette butts and alcohol bottles/cans strewn throughout the grounds on any given day.

There are not enough dumpsters so people are forced to live in unsanitary apartments until the tree limbs which management has dumped into the dumpsters has been picked up by the garbage truck.

Repairs take in excess of 1 week...often longer.

If you tell maintenance they can go into your apartment once, they take that as entering your apartment at any time without further permission.
