I have good news to report about those parents with the fussy 
baby on your airplane. There has been a drop in the number of
children being born. Average fertility in the more 
developed regions fell from 2.8 to 1.7 children per woman since
1950.
So instead of having to quiet 2.8 kids, mommy only has to hush-up
1.7 kids.

HURRAY!!!
Lets see that number drop some more people. If we can get it 
under 1.0 imagine how peaceful air travel will become.
