Yes, migranes and sinus problems are directly related to dairy consumption. As well as excess gas and digestion problems in general. I have been dairy-free for over two years and I can't believe I ever put such toxins and poisons into my body! Bottom line, if you're not a baby cow you shouldn't be drinking milk!!

FYI, dairy cows only live about 4 years due to the fact that they are kept in a constant state of false pregnancy, confined to tiny pens and hooked up to painful machinery. They are pumped full of hormones and antibiotics. Even so, the udders generally develop sores and a good amount of pus ends up in the milk people drink.

Basically, humans have every reason (health, environment, ethics) to not ingest milk or any other dairy products! Interestingly enough, when I went off dairy I found myself enduring a few days of a detox migrane, similar to the kind one gets when trying to end a caffeine additions.
