Also, unless he goes to a Maximim Security Penitentiary like Pelican Bay, he won't be in a cinder block cell with no windows and no contact with people. What prison is he going to. I'm certainly not one of those Darksiders with misguided compassion who wants to do away with the death penalty. I WOULD do away with leathal injection......do nice! I'd bring back torture chambers and cold damp dungeons. There absolutely NO deterant to crime today. For you and I, yes. But to criminals, no. However, for you and I, deterant or no, we aren't the kind of people to commit a crime anyway. The thought of going to jail etc., is not the reason I don't go out and whack someone, or don't play by the rules.......except for speeding on the highways. ;-)
