There is no such thing as a "domestic" bear. Bears are wild animals. They belong in their natural habitat. If you buy a bear legally or illegaly (I find it hard to believe that anyone could legally purchase or own a bear in most states without a special license), you are encouraging the dealers to snatch these beautiful creatures from their natural environment. Bears don't belong in a person's home where they have to be mutilated for "their own safety". Have respect for nature and leave it where it belongs.
