valentino's got it mostly correct. The one mistake
is:
> If a Guideline is not up to snuff or contains vulger content
> then GoodHumans will eliminate it.
If the guideline is voted down, then it will remain as a
"rejected" guideline on the system for some period of time.
This is so that it can be revised and re-voted on.
It is understandable that valentino mis-understood this
because there is still no documentation and I did not go
into this in my last post on the subject.
