Ahhhh. I begin to see Charles' problem. He
doesn't have sex. He probably doesn't masturbate.
Of course he is wound so tight. His only way to release
his tension is by telling others how to live their
lives.

The argument against abortion is somewhat valid
in itself, but Charles (and most anti-abortionists)
ruin this argument by rejecting the best way to
remove this problem.

All of us, pro-lifers, and pro-choicers would *love*
to stop unplanned pregnancies and thereby remove the
need for abortions. The problem is that the pro-lifers
only accept one way of stopping the unwanted pregnancies.
To futher complicate the problem, the one way that they
accept is nearly impossible. Even priests can't seem to
practice abstinence. If the holy men of the church,
can't practice absistence, how can mere mortals be
expected to.

After reading some of Charles' posts and reading
his views regarding women, I understand how a religion
that preaches peace can be responsible for so much
death. The church makes it impossible to follow
the teaching of Jesus (love & forgiveness) by adding
all of this other crap not taught by Jesus (no
birth control, no masturbation, ...) that is unnatural
and turns people into raving lunatics like Charles
(see his post on women to understand just how wacko
Charles is)

I've gotten off of the point, however, which is this:
Abortions suck. We all agree on that. Let's abolish
abortions by abolishing unwanted pregnancies through
birth control, masturbation, and abstinence.
