Richard W. "Dick" Clark is an American entertainment icon and one of the most beloved personalities in the United States. Clark has been involved in the radio and television industries for over 50 years. Clark is Chairman and CEO of Dick Clark Productions, Inc., a diversified television production and entertainment company based in Burbank, California. Together with Verbitsky, Clark founded and served on the board of directors of the original United Stations and its various descendants. Clark continues to host two weekly radio programs for United Stations.
