Excuse me, but, you listen to too much talk radio.  I spent my
summers in college working at a water treatment plant.  The
thought that this flouride is a waste product or that it is
industrial grade is absolutely incorrect.  The same quality
standards are used for chlorine and flouride for water supplies.

It's too bad that more people don't check facts before they
assume something to be true.
