I've been working hard for over twenty years and it seems that
each year things just get more stressful, not less. Last year I
ended up with all kinds of medical problems related to my "lifestyle".
Interstingly enough, I don't lead the high risk profile that
that statement may lead you to believe. Instead, I'm a very successful
person who works too hard, doesn't take the time to eat right or
to exercise (just too tired) and who feels that even in my downtime
I need to be doing something. Things were getting better, but after two
major layoffs in the last 5 months, in which I did the laying off,
I'm even worse.
I've decided to take control of my life and in looking into how to
make things better have decided to clean up my household products and
improve my overall well being. The toxins in my house are definitely not
helping the situation, my lack of supplements either. If you want to
