Hello. I am seeking out as much advice as I can. I have a question regarding social services and when they decide a situation is dire enough to intervene.

Even though her mother has been arrested various times (including just last week for prostitution) and drug charges; does not provide proper food, clothing or shelter for her daughter; does not make her daughter go to school; and even let one of her ex-boyfriends sexually molest her daughter, Social Services said the situation has not gotten bad enough.

Thanks.
