It's hard to say what the real problem is here, but my guess would be that your diet isn't diverse enough to support all the functions of your body, or, rather keep them from functioning efficiently. What do you generaly eat for breakfast? When do you eat it? How many meals do you eat a day? Try eating fruits rich in vitaimin C, but not just the fruit juices you buy at the store, I mean the whole darn fruit. If the problem persist, you may want to consider changing a few things in your diet so that you can function on a basis of wellness again.
