Not to alarm anyone, because this sort of thing doesn't happen
over night, but it was widely reported today that the country is
now forcasting and preparing for a 5 - 10 degree climate change
over the next 100 years. Effects are reported to be noticable
only gradually but in extreme areas such as snowy alpine zones
it will be noticable sooner. This is thought to be directly 
related to the decrease in the ozone layer that protects the
earth from harmful ultra-violet rays. This is known as global
warming or the greenhouse effect.
