jmaches, I like your guideline. There is another "smiley"
guideline presently in the system called, "Smile". It is very
similar but what I like about yours is the part where it states,
"smiling at someone you don't know yet..." It reminds me of the
saying, "strangers are just friends you haven't yet met."

"Smile" and "Smile at a stranger" are similar yet yours is more
specific which is good. I kind of like "smile" oriented 
guidelines.
