I'm calling for a revote on the "i smoke marijuana" guideline.
It's poorly worded and spelled and doesn't offer any reasons
whatsoever as to why it's good to smoke marijuana.  I will be
posting a new guideline under the title "If you use drugs, use
them responsibly" which will attempt to address my issues with
this guideline.
