I think its simply a case of eczema. 
Here in Asia, we have used traditional chinese medicine 
successfully. It's not as much of a problem here as what 
I read in the web. Perhaps you'd like to try a non-steroid 
medication I purchased from www.thejamushop.com. 
My eczema was severe with itchy shingle looking spots 
all over. Now it's gone. i have nothing to thank except 
the tibetan doctors who created this very effective 
medication. See if it helps. I am confident it will. 
I can't bellieve that my skin can return to normal 
but it did.
