	I wrote a guideline called, "Use bicycle messe,nger services"
which is in the polling mode today. I feel that anything we can
do to get cars off the road is important. If you work in an 
office and you need pick something up or drop something off 
across town, use a bike messenger. It is a cheap, quick and
earth-friendly way to do it.
